Speedware Autobahn II’s runtime environment is composed of a server to manage sessions, security, and process load balancing. Its graphical client-server development capabilities enable application development throughout the entire development cycle, including prototyping, testing and maintenance. It is wizard-driven and possesses an integrated browser, as well as HTML and script code editors.
Applications created with Speedware Autobahn II support both client-side and server-side Web technologies to produce highly-secure, scalable, client-server applications. Applications use native Web technologies that are based on open Web architecture. This facilitates the easy integration of existing Web technologies, including Java and ActiveX, and ensures the support of future technologies without the need to re-engineer your Web applications.
